Bloomer Wayne B. Rogge, age 62, died unexpectedly at his home, on the back forty, in New Auburn on July 19, 2018. He was born to Delmer and Regina (Sykora) Rogge on September 10, 1955 in Chippewa Falls. Wayne married Judy North on October 9, 1985 in New Auburn. He loved working as a farmer, hunting, watching the Packers and taking rides on his four wheeler. He enjoyed cooking and especially liked making sausage. His teasing and giving others a hard time earned him a nickname that he was proud of; “Wayne the Pain”. Taking pictures was one of his pastimes, filling his camera with pictures of nature, clouds, or his wife. Wayne was a kind hearted and generous man who will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife: Judy; brothers: Daniel (Lunita), Tim (Brenda), Kevin, Jim, and Jeff (Shelli) Rogge; sisters: Linda (Chris) Culver, Diane (Larry) Gotham, and Marilyn (Dick) Crawford; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Delmer and Regina Rogge; infant brothers: Bertram and David Rogge.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at St. Jude’s Church in New Auburn. A visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service at the church.
