Victoria M. “Vicki” Oldenberg, 78, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Colfax Senior Living in Colfax, WI after a battle with Alzheimer.

She was born December 18, 1947, in Eagle Point, to Albert and Leona (Hepfler) Siverling. She graduated from Bloomer High School in May 1966 and immediately went to work at Luedtke Manufacturing in the office. She worked multiple jobs after she left AJ Manufacturing with most notably at Dr Gerald Pecha’s Veterinary Office and Bloomer Coop Feeds both for many years. She finished at Crossroad Ag in Elk Mound for the final 18 years of her career.

She was well known in the community by a lot of people and very well-liked by everyone. She was a strong, independent woman that taught these traits onto her daughters. She enjoyed stock car racing, which she and Buck passed on the passion to her 3 daughters, bowling for many years with her 2 daughters, spending countless hours at her camper with Scott Ludwigson, and making memories with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters: Kristi (Jay) Richardson of Spring Valley, Amy (Travis) Bowe of Bloomer, and Lisa Oldenberg (Kevin Reischel) of Menomonie; brothers: Fred (Phyllis) and Steve (Kim) Siverling; grandchildren: Father Matthew Bowe, Shelby (Brad) Butteris, Jacob (Jenna) and Jason (Jordan) Richardson, Austin (Autumn) Coss, and Abbigail (Klayton Deutsch) Fregine; great grandchildren: Olivia and Lincoln Richardson, Norah Coss, Maisie and Brystol Butteris; companion of over 25 years, Scott Ludwigson; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Albert, and Leona; ex-husband, Eugene “Buck” Oldenberg; Godparents: Lillian and Victor Frye

Mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Baptist Catholic Church in Cooks Valley with internment in the North Catholic Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the burial at the White Pine. There will be a visitation Sunday, September 27th from 5pm to 7pm at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Kristi, Amy, and Lisa would like to extend their gratitude to Colfax Senior Living and Heartland Hospice for all the help with Vicki in the last one and a half years, and Scott for taking care of their mom the years before she moved to Colfax Senior Living.
