Thomas M. Vana, age 69, passed away at the Atrium in Bloomer on September 6, 2019. He was born on September 8, 1949 in Chippewa Falls to Melvin and Lenora (Purintun) Vana. Tom owned and operated Vana roofing with his father for many years. He also worked for Jerry’s Tree Service and Imagine Plastics before getting ill.
He is survived by his mother: Lenora of Chetek; son: Thomas Vana Jr of Chetek, brothers: Donald (Betty) Vana of Chetek, Brentt Vana of Chetek, Cynthia (Greg) Saylor of Barron, Mary (Jim) Sekola of Chetek, Coletta (Kenneth Janiszewski) Peterson of Chetek; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father: Melvin.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
