Thomas Toutant

Thomas J. Toutant, age 56, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009 at his home in Cornell. He was born September 7, 1953 in LaCrosse WI to Ervin & Aleta (Kerslager) Toutant. He married Susan Daken on September 8, 1989 in Chippewa Falls. He worked at Mason Shoe for many years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, bowling, playing cards, watching football - especially the Green Bay Packers, driving his grandkids around on his golf cart and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife: Susan of Cornell; son: Nicholas (Ericka) Daken of Chippewa Falls; two daughters: Jessica Toutant of White Bear Lake MN & Jennifer Toutant of Cornell; father-in-law: Edward Daken of Bloomer; five grandchildren: Tyler, Hannah, Tristin, Drake and Chevee.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ervin & Aleta Toutant; mother-in-law: Mary Daken; paternal grandmother: Georgene Toutant.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with David W. Olson officiating. Interment will be at St. Catherine’s Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 �" 8:00 PM on Friday and up to the time of service on Saturday at the Olson Funeral Home.
