Stacy D. Hoege

Stacy Dennis Hoege, 56, of New Auburn, died Saturday, February 10, 2024, at his residence, from an unexpected heart attack, with his dog and his wife at his side. 

He was born July 27, 1968 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison Wisconsin, and was the son of Donald W. Hoege and Victoria (Zimmerman) Hoege. As a young kid he worked on his family farm and fueling the love for animals and working on neighboring farms, this work ethic, prepared him for a career working for the State of Wisconsin as a power plant operator for 32 years, thanks to the father of a brother like friend. Marrying, the love of his life, Lori (Eilenfeldt), Hoege on June 4, 1992. In 1996 Jaysa Hoege the eldest,  in 1998 his only son Sarick Hoege and making it an even number in 2001, his youngest daughter Azanie Hoege became his number one priority. Taking time to teach them to swim, fish, camp, and to safely handle, respect and accurately shoot firearms, support them and friends at all sport and extracurricular events, becoming the greatest dad that ever lived. His favorite past times include hunting with his dogs, helping and spending time with friends and family conversing on any topic of conversation that would pop up!! 

He is survived by his loving wife Lori Hoege, daughter Jaysa Hoege, son Sarick Hoege, daughter Azanie Hoege, step mother Barbara Parpart, mother in law Lavonne Punzel, and Jerry, brother Don Hoege and (Valery), sister Julie Johnson and (Brian), sister Tina Kleven and (Dan), many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and very very special friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Donald William Hoege and Victoria Hoege (Zimmerman), his brother-in-law Lance Lee Eilenfeldt, his father-in-law, Lynn Lee Eilenfeldt, many very close friends that passed before him, in which he is celebrating with them today!!

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00-5:00 pm, on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Salisbury Bar, 26979 State Highway 40, New Auburn, WI 54757.
