Sandra E. Culver

Sandra E. Culver, age 77, of Bloomer, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025, under the care of St. Croix Hospice, at Dove Healthcare West in Eau Claire, with her family at her side.

Sandy was born on November 17, 1948, in Chippewa Falls to Frank and Albina (Urban) Coubal. She graduated from Bloomer High School with the Class of 1967. On July 31, 1971, Sandy married Lawrence Culver in Stillwater, MN. In her younger years, she worked as a hairdresser and childcare provider. She enjoyed gardening (especially flowers), baking and going to the movies.

Sandy is survived by her husband: Lawrence Culver of Bloomer; 4 children: Russell (Angela) Culver, Michael Culver, Corey Culver, and Nicole Culver; 4 grandchildren: Amanda Bleskacek, Calvin (Nicole) Conrad, Rachel Culver and Russell Culver; 2 great-grandchildren: Carson and AJ Conrad; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Albina Coubal; brother: Duane F. “Sonny” Coubal; and sister: Diane Johnson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with a visitation from 4:00 – 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date.
