Ruth Anne Pecha

Ruth Anne Pecha, age 66, passed away peacefully at MCHS in Barron on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. She was born on September 11, 1948 in Ottawa, Illinois to Clifford and Tessie (Pretzlaff) Hyde. Ruth loved animals and worked as a farmwife for most of her life. In her free time she enjoyed embroidering, cooking and gardening.

She is survived by her children: Jonathan (Josie) Pecha of Eau Claire and Jennifer (Stacy) Loback of Sand Creek; brother: Charles (Jan) Hyde of Ladysmith; grandchildren: Samantha, Chelsey and Kristen Loback, Chloe and Clayton Pecha; great-grandchild: Rylan Knight.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Clifford and Tessie; step-siblings: Robert Hyde and Betty Marshall

Ruth wanted to be laid to rest at a peaceful place in the woods. So private family services will be held at the Springbrook Cemetery at a later date. Olson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
