Obituary for Roger L. Krueger

Roger L. Krueger, age 77, passed away Thursday June 9, 2016 at his home in rural Cornell. He was born June 8, 1939 in Bloomer, WI to Clarence and Eunice (Paine) Krueger. Roger served 5 years in the army reserve and married Judy Svoma on June 8, 1963 in Cornell. He worked and enjoyed being a dairy farmer and in his free time he liked to fish, hunt, ride the four wheeler, tease his grandchildren and go to their ball games to cheer them on.

He is survived by his wife: Judy of Cornell; daughters: Kim (Bill) Scarenbrock of Gilman and Paula (Mike) Knez of Stanley; sisters: Sharon Naranjo of Deer Lodge MT and Rita (Harvey) Lange of Toney AL; step-sisters: Bonnie (Bill) LaGesse and Barb (Richard) Kostner both of Bloomer; grandchildren: Paul (Kimberly) Scarenbrock, Brent, Steven, Brandon, Joseph and Kyle Knez; great-grandchildren Corynn and Grahm. Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Clarence and Eunice Krueger; step-father: Art Stuck.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday June 13, at 11:00 AM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with a visitation from 5:00-7:00 PM on Sunday June 12, 2016 at the Funeral Home. Private interment will take place in the Cornell Cemetery.
