Roger Amble

Roger P. Amble, age 75, of Menomonie, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie. He was born May 19, 1935 in Colfax to Phillip and Selma (Lofthus) Amble. He served in the Army Reserves and worked as a draftsman in Milwaukee.

He is survived by one brother: James of Arlington, Texas; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Gerald.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at New Hope Lutheran Church in Sand Creek with Rev. Barb Koch officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church on Saturday. A lunch will be served at the church following the service. Interment will take place in the spring at Our Savior’s Cemetery in Sand Creek. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to New Hope Lutheran church in Sand Creek.
