Robert Ingersoll

Robert J. Ingersoll, age 49, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. He was born July 26, 1971 in Chippewa Falls to Robert and Muriel (Erickson) Ingersoll. He was married to Mary Lou Johnson in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He worked as a self-employed recycler and scrapper. He was a kind and gentle man who always had a joke to tell or a quick one liner. He always made people smile and nothing seemed to bring him down.
He is survived by one brother: Bill (Mary) Kempe; sisters: Shelly (Dan) Polencheck, Wendy (Jim) Dullian and Kami (Dustin) Brillowski; sister-in-law: Mary Ojibwa; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Muriel (Erickson) Ingersoll; wife: Mary Lou; Brother: Scott Kempe; Nephew: Nathan Moscinski.
Family graveside services will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 3:00 PM at the Bloomer Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is assisting the family.
