Robert J. Huhn

Robert J. Huhn, age 81, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Meadowbrook Assisted Living in Chetek. He was born on August 29, 1943, in Holcombe WI, to Michael A. and Violet S. (Wallace) Huhn. Robert served his country in the US Air Force and worked as a Circuit Layout Designer at Control Data Corporation in the Twin Cities. Robert had a passion for the outdoors and loved hunting for bear, turkey, whitetail deer, mule deer, elk, antelope, ducks and also fishing on his boat.

Robert is survived by his daughter-in-law: Betsy Huhn; granddaughter: Catherine Huhn; sister: Eva Rihn; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Violet Huhn; son: Richard Huhn; and sister: Betty Huhn.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Olson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bloomer. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home.
