Petra Dreger

Petra J. Dreger, age 63, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. She was born August 25, 1945 in Wheeler WI to Peter & Eldrid (Loftsgaard) Nygaard. She married Raymond Dreger on November 5, 1963 in Wheeler. She worked at Hutchinson Technology, Anderson Windows and also as a real estate broker. She and her husband own and operate a farm and Seeds and Stuff Farm Market located near Colfax. She enjoyed traveling, collecting Christmas Villages, playing the lottery and, most importantly, caring for and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband: Raymond of Colfax; two sons: Randy (Heather) Dreger of Colfax and Jeremy Dreger of Madison; four sisters: Corrine “Connie” Schliesleder of Colfax, Viola Stodola of Chippewa Falls, Becky Peterson of Blaine MN & Judy (James) Konkel of Winona; Mother & Father-in-law: Harvey & Audrey Dreger of Colfax.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son: James.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Colfax Lutheran Church with Pastor Lee Walck officiating. Burial of cremains will take place at the Marquardt Cemetery in the spring. Friends may call from 4:00 �" 8:00 on Saturday at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer and one hour prior to services at the church on Sunday.
