Marvin L. Weber, age 94, passed away at home on December 16, 2022. He was born August 21, 1928 in Stacyville, Iowa to Clement and Myrtle (Ziegler) Weber. He served in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict (1945 – 1953) He married Betty Caron on June 29, 1957 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Bloomer. Marvin was the Plant Superintendent at Briggs and Stratton in Menomonee Falls WI and was a member of the Bloomer VFW and the Bloomer American Legion, serving as commander. He enjoyed woodworking, making flag cases, doing tractor maintenance and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife: Betty of Bloomer; children: Jeff (Lisa) Weber of Bloomer, Dave (Chris) Weber of Oconomowoc WI, Mary (Tom) Stencil of Colfax WI and Lisa (Tom) Manor of Woodbury MN; siblings: Robert (Jean) Weber of Pewaukee WI and Betty Warden of Waukesha WI; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father: Clement Weber and his mother: Myrtle Yatso; one brother: Richard.
