Mana “Jean” Rittenhouse, age 72, passed away peacefully in her home in New Auburn, WI after a battle with congestive heart failure on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. She was born in Macomb, IL on September 16, 1942 to John Russell and Ruth Allyne (Conner) Davis. She married Larry Foxall on November 9, 1959 and later married Cecil Rittenhouse on May 26, 1967. Jean worked for 19 years at Haeger Pottery in Macomb, IL and 20 years as head cook at Norman Veteran’s Center in Norman, OK. She attended church at the Bloomer Baptist Church and enjoyed playing cards, board games, reading, putting together puzzles and especially spending time with her family and four legged friends.
She is survived by her first husband: Larry Foxall of Philadelphia, MO; two daughters: Debi Robinson of Bloomer, WI and Tracy (Steve) Woodson of Wimauma, FL; two sons: Dennis (Sheila) Foxall of Edmund, OK and Troy (Tuana) Foxall of Altus, OK; thirteen grandchildren: Trent, Davis, Jessica, Amber, Andy, Heather, Charly, Nicole, Lacy, Jimmy, Shawna, Troy Jr. and Daniel; 23 great-grandchildren; four nephews: Donnie, Rusty, Larry and Timmy Graves; numerous other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John Russell and Ruth Allyne Davis; her second husband: Cecil; Sister: Marna Graves and canine companion: Boomer.
Services will be held at The Crossing Church in Macomb, IL on Monday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the services at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
