Loraine M Reetz

Loraine Reetz, age 93, passed away at Dove Healthcare in Bloomer on April 22, 2024.  She was born on August 10, 1930 in Chippewa Falls to Charles and Gertrude (Rounds) Reetz.   After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree she taught school for 4 years in Rice Lake.  She then moved back to Bloomer to help her parents run Reetz and Boese store and meat market.  Loraine was gentle soul, taking care of her parents and her sister Jean.  She was very generous and loved watching sports and reminiscing about the history of Bloomer.

She is survived by her nephew: Robert (Susan) Johnson and great- niece: Elizabeth and many friends.      

She is preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Gertrude; sisters: Charlene Johnson and Jean Reetz.
