Lois J. Fedie

Lois J. Fedie, age 86. Passes away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Knapp Haven Nursing Home in Chetek, Wisconsin. She was born on October 24, 1929 in Illinois to William and Alice (Kjellesvik) Butterfield. She married Charles Fedie On November 25, 1947 in Chicago IL. Lois and her husband farmed together for many years and she owned a craft store. Lois enjoyed crafting, sewing and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son: Richard (Donna) Fedie of New Auburn; daughter: Barbara (Stanley) Deraitus of Cornell; brothers: Ralph (Carol) Butterfield of New Auburn and Roger (Debbie) Butterfield of New Auburn; Sister: Ella (John) Waterhouse of Chetek; Grandchildren: Michelle, Daniel, Scott, Mark, Brian, Phillip and Jesse; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents: William and Alice Butterfield; husband: Charles; brothers: Bill, Ray, Jack and Robert Butterfield; sisters: Shirley Stanford, Mary Snodgrass and Audrey Biery.

A memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with a visitation from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Interment of cremains will be in the New Auburn Cemetery.
