Laurine T. Kressin

Laurine T. Kressin age 90, passed away at Barron Care and Rehab on Friday, January 5, 2018. She was born on July 13, 1927 in Rice, Minnesota to Benjamin and Anna (Frosch) Deets She was married to Leo O’Gorman and Richard Kressin. Laurine worked as a RN at the Bloomer Hospital for many years and truly loved helping people. She was an avid doll collector and spent many hours making doll clothes, fixing and dressing dolls. She also loved to watch old westerns and spend time with friends and family.

She is survived by her son Rich O’Gorman of Birchwood; grandsons: Shawn and Shane O’Gorman; granddaughter: Heather Garadow; 6 great-grandchildren: Rheyannon and Sawyer Hilton, Dylan, Oliva “Liv”, Brooklyn and Meyah Garadow numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands and 13 siblings.

A Memorial service will be held at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Private Interment will be in the Bloomer Cemetery.
