Kristen Rogge

Kristen K. Rogge, age 13, passed away March 15, 2011 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester MN. She was born on July 24, 1997 in Bloomer to Jeff and Shelli (Steinmetz) Rogge. She was a student at Bloomer Middle School where she enjoyed playing in the band, playing volleyball and hanging out with her friends at the library. Kristen was always busy doing something, whether it be gardening, cooking, sewing, driving the four-wheeler, going on rides with her dad or rearranging her room…she never seemed to stop moving. What she truly loved the most was spending time with her grandparents. Kristen was a caring, uplifting person and will be missed by those who loved her.

She is survived by her parents: Jeff and Shelli Rogge of Bloomer; one sister: Sammi Rogge of Bloomer; maternal grandparents: Don & Karen Steinmetz of Bloomer; paternal grandmother: Regina Rogge of Bloomer; numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Delmar Rogge.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Bloomer with Rev. Bruce Rimmereid officiating.
