Kathleen E. Reetz

Kathleen E. Reetz, age 69, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. Kathy was born July 23, 1947 in Chippewa Falls to Louis and Esther Olson) Reetz. She worked as a program manager at the Chippewa County Courthouse for many years and loved watching sports, especially the Green Bay Packers. She enjoyed working on genealogy and spending time with her family and friends.


Kathy is survived by her mother: Esther of Bloomer; brothers: Louis (Judy) Reetz of Sand Creek and John (Carla) Reetz of Antigo; sisters: Barbara Reetz of Wausau and Mary (Mark Payne) Reetz of Jim Falls; nieces: Tracey, Erin, Stephanie, Wendy, Cristy, Melissa and Nicole; nephew: Cory; 8 great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father: Louis; nephew: Michael Olson; one great-niece Avalon Reetz.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
