Karen J. Davis

Karen J. Davis, age 55, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Dove Healthcare after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 8, 1962 in Bloomer to George and LaVerne (Selzener) Webb. She married the love of her life, Rick Davis, on July 14, 1979 in Chippewa Falls. She worked in maintenance at the Bloomer Blackhawk Bus Company. She enjoyed listening to music, flower gardens, going on long walks in the woods, spending time with her family, friends and even visiting with perfect strangers.

She is survived by her parents: George and LaVerne Webb of Bloomer; husband: Rick of Bloomer; one son: Aaron (Jody) Davis of Eden Prairie MN; one grandchild: Keenan Davis; two brothers: David (Theresa) Webb of St. Croix Falls and Roger Webb of Bloomer; one sister: Diane (James) Schindler of Eagleton; two sisters-in-law: Peggy Webb of Kingston NY and Dorothy Webb of Blaine MN; numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brothers: Alan and Wayne Webb; one sister: Julie Webb-Kysilko.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 4:00 PM with a visitation from 2:00-4:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home. Private Burial will be in the Tillinghast Cemetery in the Town of Sampson, Chippewa County.
