Judy H. Gullen

Judy H. Gullen, age 60, from the town of Dovre, New Auburn, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at her home.

Judy was born on July 24, 1965, in Syracuse, New York, to Paul and Jo-Ann (Hayes) Hart. She graduated from Saint Margaret’s Catholic School in New York. In her younger years, Judy worked as a nurse at Kathy Caraway Elementary in Austin, Texas, and moved to New Auburn in 2020 and continued working in the school system at New Auburn School District as a teacher, school administrator and all-around helping hand. She was an avid football fan, especially the Buffalo Bills, Texas Longhorns, and New Auburn Trojans. Judy loved her coffee, being active in the community and embraced all the small-town connections. Her grandchildren were always the light of her world and she would do anything for them!

Judy is survived by her son: Andrew (Lindsey) Gullen of New Auburn; siblings: Paul (Anne) Hart Jr. of Syracuse, NY, Christopher Hart of New Auburn and Mary Jo (Lew) Johns-Hart of Austin, TX; grandchildren: Landon, Hartley, Maribelle and Robert Gullen; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Paul and Jo-Ann (Hayes) Hart; and brother: Eric Hart.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at the New Auburn School Commons on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 PM
