Jerry D. Davis

Jerry D. Davis, age 70, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday evening, May 6, 2015. Jerry was born on September 11, 1944 in Rice Lake to Malcolm and Doris (Bauer) Davis. He married Charlotte Davis on September 14, 1965 in Goldsboro NC. After serving in the US Air Force for four years he worked as a salesman, a farmer and eventually owned and operated Fix All Silo and Davis Wood Processing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife: Charlotte of New Auburn; son: Jerry “Jay” Davis II of Marion IA; daughter: Bonnie (Tony) Baker of New Auburn; brothers: Ronald (Cindy) Davis of Texas, Lloyd Davis of Chetek and Dennis Davis of New Auburn; sisters: Lois Fleegal of Ohio, Joyce Bohl of New Auburn, Dana Davis of New Auburn, Susan (Dale) Rosenbrook of Bloomer; five grandchildren: Tabatha (Cole) Butterfield, Brett, Tyler, Andrew and Faith Baker; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Malcolm and Doris; brother: Francis and Norman Davis; Sister: Darlene Cole.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
