Jay Kloss

Jay D. Kloss, age 47, passed away from a heart attack at his home on Island Lake on Friday, February 4, 2011. He was born March 28, 1963 in Bloomer to Alvin & Nancy (Poff) Kloss. He worked as an over-the-road truck driver and enjoyed water skiing, being at the lake, trapping, ice fishing and going on road trips with his son, Isaac.

He is survived by his mother: Nancy of Eau Claire; one son: Isaac Kloss of Bloomer; one brother: Kirk (Sandra) Boehm of Poynette WI.; two sisters: Nanette (Mark Harings) Boehm of Mondovi and Katy Haug of Eau Claire; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father: Alvin.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is in charge of arrangements.
