Inez Shaffer

Inez S. Shafer, age 88, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Spooner Nursing Home. She was born May 30, 1923 in Bloomer to Oscar and Rachel (Cook) Paulson. She worked as a payroll clerk and was a member of the Spooner American Legion Auxiliary, Spooner Health Auxiliary and past secretary of Minong Senior Citizens. She enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing and spending time with her family.

Inez is survived by nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Adlore and Donald Paulson; one sister: Ruby Olson.

Graveside services will be held at the Bloomer Cemetery on Tuesday, June 5 2012 at 3:00 PM.
