Harold Kringle

Harold W. Kringle, age 72, passed away at his home in New Auburn on Sunday, September 27, 2009. He was born July 18, 1937 in Cedar Lake Township, Barron County, to Edward & Genevieve (Muehe) Kringle. He married Brenda Walsvik on December 2, 1977 in Sisseton, South Dakota. He served in the US Navy during the Panama Canal Conflict and was a construction worker, drove for Ranger Trucking in Jacksonville Florida. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, laughing, having a good time and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife: Brenda of New Auburn; one son: Douglas Kringle of Blain MN; two daughters: Tanya (David) Keller of New Auburn & Diane Kringle of Colfax; two brothers: George (Mary) Kringle of Hersey WI & Bruce (Carol) Anderson of Rice Lake; three sisters: Marilyn (Marvin) Roberts of Hudson WI, Zada (Wes) Blechinger of Eau Claire & Barbara Blake of Madison; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Genevieve and Edward; two sons: Donald & David; one infant brother: Irving

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with Rev. Michael Otte officiating. Interment of Cremains will be at Cedar Lake Cemetery in Mikana. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 on Thursday and until the time of service at the Olson Funeral Home.
