Gordon A. Freiberg

Gordon A. Freiberg, age 83, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at MCHS in Bloomer. He was born May 25, 1932 in Spring Valley, Wisconsin to Arnold and Lillian (Amodt) Frieberg. He married Marie Siverling on October 11, 1986 in Minong, WI. He worked at Hart Ski Manufacturing in Minnesota for many years and enjoyed gardening and feeding the birds.

He is survived by his wife: Marie of New Auburn; daughters: Ginger (David) Zien of Eau Claire, Monica Kozmo of Texas and Rita Boyle of Texas; son: James Frieberg of Texas; step-sons: Allen (Sue Unke) Kiesow of Bloomer. Steve Kiesow of Bloomer, Dale (Lisa Motzer) Kiesow of New Auburn and Wayne (Judy) Kiesow of Barron; Brother: Bob (Barb) Freiberg of Elmwood; sisters: Marilyn (Chuck) Jveck of East Bethel MN, Joan Styer of Sturgeon Bay WI, Delores (Herb) Apdahl of Arizona; 6 grandsons and 5 granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Arnold and Lillian Freiberg; Brothers: Dennis and LeRoy Freiberg; stepson: Bill Kiesow.
