Gary V. Lee

Gary V. Lee, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Dove Healthcare West in Eau Claire, WI.

Gary was born on May 11, 1953, in Shakopee, Minnesota to Julius Dommer and Elizabeth (Moltzan) and later adopted by Victor Lee. He graduated from Baldwin-Woodville High School. In his early years, Gary worked at Zutter’s Feed Mill in Chippewa Falls. He took great pride in lawn care and cleaning services, so he started his business: Lee’s Maintenance Systems. In his free time, Gary worked some more. He was also employed at Berry Global in Chippewa Falls, WI and Tractor Central. He will be remembered for his hard work ethic and morning coffee with his buddies.

Gary is survived by his five children: Nathaniel (Molly) Lee, Jennifer (John) Custer, Joseph (Jennifer) Lee, Elizabeth Lee and Zachary Lee; ten grandchildren: Sage and Brie, Keannah, Brennah, Alec (Alysa) and Dylan, Mason, Colt and Waylon, Ayden and Benjamin; great grandchild: Khodi; siblings: Deborah (Hubert) Kuehl, Mark (Denice) Lee, David (Theresa) Lee and Victoria (Charles) McClelland; and K9 companion: Chica.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and infant siblings: Diane and Daniel.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the people who aided in his care at the end.

A Memorial Service will be held at Noon, on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with visitation starting at 11:00 AM. A private burial will be held at a later date. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is assisting the family with arrangements.
