Gary H. Gehl

Gary H. Gehl, age 69, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. He was born April 28, 1949 in Chippewa Falls to Henry and Betty (Gehring) Gehl. Gary worked with his father on the farm and also for Northwest Roofing. He enjoyed going to horsepulls and being with his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother: Betty of Chetek, Brother: Kenneth (Sue) Gehl of New Auburn; sisters: Karen (Tom) Kodesh of Chetek, Kathy Evenson of New Auburn, Nancy (Doug) Salter of Eau Claire, Barb (Steve) Kessinger of Chetek and Kristi LeClair of Kimberly WI; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father: Henry Gehl; brother and sister: William and Wanda.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with a visitation before the service from 12:00 – 1:00. Interment will be in the Auburn Cemetery.
