Elmer Krenz

Elmer C. Krenz, age 97, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Hetzel Care Center in Bloomer. He was born March 12, 1912 in Bloomer to Charles & Anna (Hilger) Krenz. He enjoyed gardening, playing cards with his sister and the monthly men’s buttermilk pancake breakfast. He was a gentle man who enjoyed simple things.

He is survived by numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents & his sister: Esther Petschow.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 6, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with David W. Olson officiating. Burial will be in the Bloomer Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home. There will be no visitation Sunday evening.
