Darlene E. Fetting

Darlene E. Fetting, age 74, died on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Sacred Heart in Eau Claire. She was born on July 13, 1943 in New Auburn to Axel and Ellen (Oemig) Davis. Darlene married Ronald Fetting on November 30, 1961 in Rockford Illinois. Darlene worked in factories and food service for much of her life. She enjoyed going fishing and loved to play Euchre and bingo. Her true joy was spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandson.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years: Ronald; son: Matthew Fetting of New Auburn; grandson Wyatt Fetting; brothers: Darrel (June) of Rockford IL and Merlyn (Eva) of Reedsburg WI; sister: Emma (Jerry) of Hazelton WI; sister in-law: Sue Davis; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Goldene and Gary Davis

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 4:00 PM at Bethel Lutheran Church in New Auburn with a visitation from 2 P.M. until the start of the service on Thursday. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is assisting the family.
