Daniel D. Rogge

Daniel D. Rogge, age 70, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 in Eau Claire. He was born May 21, 1951 in Chippewa Falls to Delmar and Regina (Sykora) Rogge. He married Lunita “Nita” Miller on May 30, 1972 in Bloomer. Dan was a self-employed carpenter, general contractor and real estate developer. He enjoyed gardening, birdwatching, taking care of his Koi pond, and was a creative artist which showed up in much of his woodworking. Most of all Dan loved his family and his grandchildren, running his “grandpa day care” for many years.
He is survived by his wife: Lunita “Nita”; sons: Adam (Heather), Bertram (Stacy) and Caston Rogge; brothers: Tim (Brenda), Kevin, and Jeff (Shelli); sisters: Linda (Chris) Culver, Diane (Larry) Gotham, and Marilyn (Dick) Crawford; grandchildren: Corrin, Evan, Garrison, Hailey, Ivorie, Seth, Michael, Izak, Elsie, Ashton and Iris.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Delmar and Regina; infant daughter: Colleen; brothers: Wayne, Jim and infants, Bertram and David.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the White Pine Pavilion in Bloomer.
