Daniel Rihn

Daniel Lee Rihn, age 61, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. He was born June 3, 1952 in Bloomer to Arnold and Joanne (Postle) Rihn. He worked as a truck driver most of his life and he loved his trucks for work and his tractors for play. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially his nieces.

He is survived by two sisters: Susan Rihn of Chippewa Falls and Roxanne Bauer of New Auburn; two half-brothers: Kraig (Stacey) Rihn of Bloomer and Kory (Angelia) Rihn of Colfax; one stepsister: Debbie (Roc) Rogge of Bloomer; three nieces: Wendy (John) White of Cornell; Penny (Brandon) Harris of Thorp and Leta Krueger of Thorp; stepmother: Dee Rihn of Bloomer.

Preceded in death by his father: Arnold Rihn; mother: Joanne (Postle) Rihn

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer at 1:00 PM. There will be a visitation from 12:00-1:00 PM before the service. Interment will be in the Bloomer Cemetery Following the service.
