Daniel Brummond

Daniel B. Brummond, age 59, passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 at his home. He was born May 19, 1951 in Eau Claire to August and Marge (Prettie) Brummond. In June of 1982, he married Linda (Koskovich) Bowe in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. He served in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War and worked as a tree trimmer. He enjoyed landscaping, working outdoors and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife: Linda of Bloomer; two daughters: Missy (Larry) Gilbert of Augusta and Danielle (Devon) Jenneman of Chetek; one son: Dennis (K.C.) Bowe of Chippewa Falls; two brothers: Troy (Heidi) Brummond and August Brummond, Jr.; four sisters: Martha (Steve) Cater, Peggy (William) Berman, Dorothy (Randall) Krall and Mary Brummond; eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.


A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 4:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with David W. Olson officiating. Friends may call from 2:00 – 4:00 on Saturday at the funeral home. Flag Presentation will be conducted by the Bloomer VFW and American Legion.
