Clyde Ritter Jr.

Clyde E. Ritter Jr., age 59, passed away at his home in Bloomer on June 9th 2011. He was born January 14, 1952 in Hillsborough Fl. to Clyde and Fern (Clifford) Ritter. Clyde served proudly in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Vietnam Conflict. Most of his life he worked as a social worker for the Wisconsin State Department. In his free time he loved listening to music, playing guitar, reading the newspaper from cover to cover and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his son: Brian (Aya Nomoto) Ritter of Chicago, step-son: David (Desi) Kadlec of Bloomer, step-daughter Tina (Ken) Hetchler of Bloomer, brothers Frank Spears of Florida, Paul Spears of Harrison, Augie Trinqual, six grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at the Bloomer City Cemetery on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 4:00 PM with the Bloomer VFW/American Legion performing military rites. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is in charge of the services.
