Carol Ann Sikora (Scheidecker)

Carol Ann Sikora, age 70, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 21, 1946 in Chippewa Falls to Walter and Mildred (Paulus) Scheidecker. She married Alvin Sikora on April 20, 1974 in Bloomer. She worked as a bank teller and was a member of the First Congregational Church in Bloomer. Carol enjoyed cooking, shopping, baking, shopping, camping, shopping, canning and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter: Amy (Bryan) Woodruff of Colfax; sisters: Melva Schindler of Bloomer and Beverly Seibel of Eau Claire; sisters-in-law: Clara Scheidecker of Bloomer, Ann Sikora of Chippewa Falls and Anita Grace of Pahoa HI; granddaughter: Colee Ann Woodruff.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter and Mildred Scheidecker; husband: Al; sister: Phyllis Israels; brother: Elvin Scheidecker; brothers-in-law: Marvin Seibel, John Schindler and Howard Israels; Father & mother-in-law: Elmer and Betty Sikora.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church in Bloomer. Friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer and one hour prior to services at the church on Friday. Interment will be in the Bloomer Cemetery.
