Beverly J Janke

Beverly J. Janke, age 93, passed away at Colfax Health and Rehab on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.  She was born on July 1, 1930, in Wisconsin to Archie and Ruffina (Polzin) Woll. On May 21, 1949, Beverly married Gerald Janke at Zion Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls. She loved living “the lake life” on Chain Lake, golfing with her friends and was also a member of the Red Hat Society for over 10 years. 

Beverly is survived by her daughter: Becky (Paul) Bertolasi of Winnebago, IL; grandchildren: Carrie (Ander) Smith of Rockford, IL and Kimberly (Chad May) Bertolasi-May of Spring Grove, IL; great-grandchildren: Emma and Ian Smith, and Owen and Payton May; siblings: Donna Tone of Colorado and Ron Woll of California; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Archie and Ruffina Woll; husband: Gerald Janke; and several brothers and sisters. 

The family would like to thank St. Croix Hospice and all the staff at Colfax Health and Rehab for taking such good care of Beverly.
