Betty Belling

Betty L. (Prill) Belling, age 79, formerly of Bloomer, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Aurora Hospice in Wauwatosa WI. She was born March 22, 1929 in Bloomer to Fred & Esther May (Cook) Prill. She married Howard A. Belling, Jr. on September 14, 1984 in Milwaukee WI. She enjoyed dancing, polka music, going out to eat, traveling, hot weather and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters: Patricia L. Smith of Milwaukee & Deborah D. (Edwin Rosa) Grab of Milwaukee; one brother: Clayton Prill of Bloomer; three sisters: Burdeen (James) Gilbert of Chippewa Falls, Mavis Arnvick of Chippewa Falls & Marliss (Larry) Schmitz of Rockford IL; five grandchildren: Anthony, LaRonda & Shawn Smith, Natasah & Edward Whitefeather; nine great-grandchildren: Adreannah, Alexzandra, Eddie, Kendra, Kandace, Jasmine, A.J., Erricka & Antwon; numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Howard; two brothers: DeWayne & Sheldon Prill; two sisters: Amy Rovero & Arvilla Hurt.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with Rev. Robert Hannemann officiating. Friends may call from 12:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. There will be no visitation Monday evening.
