Ardis "Tiny" Frenz

Ardis “Tiny” Frenz age 84 passed away on Friday, August 21, 2015 at Hetzel Care Center in Bloomer. She was born in New Auburn to Ira and Irene (Metcalf) Frank on November 18, 1930. She married Charles Frenz on November 14, 1953 and together they raised three daughters. Tiny was a daycare provider for most of her life and loved children. She was a great cook and master gardener. People would travel to her home to see her beautiful flowers. In her free time she enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband Chuck; three daughters: Laurie (Rick) Plummer of Holcombe, Glenda (Jimmie) Montgomery of Byron IL, Donette (Doug) Vangsness of Rockford IL; two brothers: Dale “Shorty” (Ken Reaves) Frank and Wayne “Jack” (Linda) Frank; sister: Loris “Snottsy” (Jerry) Seibel; three grandchildren: Beth (Eric), Erin (Cory) and Matt (Jamie); one step-grandson: Jeremy ; great-granddaughter Kalliegh; step great-grandchildren: Emily, Blake and Jaxon; in-laws: Mae Frank, Jean Frank, Goldene Frank and Gary Vetterkind; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Ira and Irene Frank; four brothers: Arlyn “Bunk” Frank, Duane “Tom” Frank, Verdon “Jim” Frank, Claire “Wopp” Frank; three sisters: Lillian “Beans” Novak, Joyce “Rosie” Vetterkind and Geraldine Huhn

Funeral Services will be held at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM with a visitation from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home on Monday, August 24, 2015. Interment will be in Island Lake cemetery.
