December 21, 1951 — September 24, 2019

Dawn Lowry, age 67, passed away unexpectedly at Oakwood Health Services in Altoona on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. She was born on December 21, 1951 to Everett and Jeanette (Yohnk) Lowry in Eau Claire WI. In her lifetime she owned four different business and worked at many different jobs. She spent her free time collecting buttons and making craft items out of the less valuable buttons. She also enjoyed collecting and repairing rhinestone jewelry. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.

She is survived by her sons: Troy (Kim) Schell of New Auburn and Travis (Danielle) Hahn of Menomonie; sister: Denise (John) Finwall of St. Paul MN; grandchildren: Erica (Dustin) Kragness, Erin (John) Wilmer and Oden Hahn; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Everett and Jeanette; brother: Dennis Lowry.

A Celebration of life will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the White Birch in Sand Creek on October 12, 2019 with a with a time of remembrance from 1:00-2:00. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is assisting the family.
